The SGP Model team is like a second family. We get to know one another and become close friends, which makes senior year even more memorable! We celebrate each other's wins and lift each other up during the harder times. Being a part of the SGP spokesmodel team gives you an unforgettable experience for your final year of high school!
Each spring, I look for high school juniors to represent Shayla G Photography during their senior year of high school. As a member of the model team, you become part of a fun group of girls who participate in photoshoots, special events, and service projects to give back to our community.
Being a part of the SGP model team allows girls to bond together, make friends with other girls they may not normally meet, support one another, represent SGP in all our marketing, participate in exclusive photoshoots, and be a part of something special during their senior year.
SGP spokesmodels become part of the SGP family, making their senior year even more special, and they get lots of photos to document the memories.

Through the SGP Senior Model Team, you will meet other awesome seniors from around Horry county. When I'm choosing models to represent the SGP team, I select kind and friendly girls, good people who enjoy lifting others up and having fun. We will have multiple styled group shoots, team building events, and community service opportunities - the kinds of shared experiences that bring people together in the best way. Being a spokesmodel for the SGP team is an excellent way to meet good people who will become great friends for life!

From fun group shoots to behind-the-scenes moments, the Shayla G Photography spokesmodel experience is filled with moments worth holding onto. There will be lots of laughter, some inside jokes, and plenty of photos to prove it all happened. It’s about savoring senior year, not rushing through it, and knowing you squeezed the absolute most out of your high school experience.

The SGP Senior Spokesmodel Team is about WAY more than beautiful photos! It's about building confidence through fun and memorable experiences during your final year of high school. It's about creating lifelong bonds of friendship with other seniors from different high schools and being a part of a sisterhood that supports each other long after senior year.

About being a Spokesmodel for SGP
How Many models do you choose?
There is no set number of slots I'm looking to fill with SGP Spokesmodels. My focus is choosing people who will be a good fit for my team. Since these spokesmodels will be representing my business, it is important that they be of good character and get along well with others, among other things. I wish I could accept everyone who applies, but in order to give my team the best experience I have to make tough choices!
There will be 3 planned styled shoots throughout the year. These shoots are mostly scheduled for Sunday afternoons, since sports and other activities are not usually happening on Sundays. I usually give 2 date options and have the spokesmodels vote on which one the most people can attend.
Group shoots are everyone's favorite perk of being on the SGP Spokesmodel team! Dates for each themed session will be announced well in advance, so you can schedule around them. On the rare occasion that someone is sick, the group shoot continues as scheduled for the rest of the team. There will not be makeup sessions, although pop-up sessions may be created during the year.
I look for girls that are kind, friendly, get along well with others, care about others, like to have fun, and want to be a part of a team. I want the SGP team to be a supportive place for girls, so I'm looking for models who can be encouraging for one another, hype each other up, and become a family.
Not at all! SGP Spokesmodels are girls who represent Shayla G Photography. You will be guided and prepped before and during all of our photo shoots, so I will help you with what to wear and how to pose at every turn. SGP Models are essentially regular people showing others how fun it is to capture beautiful memories with Shayla G Photography.
The spokesmodel program is a paid experience. The investment is equal to my most popular offering, but includes far more: multiple group shoots, additional individual sessions, tons of digital images to share, group classes, fun team activities, and memories that will last a lifetime. I pour my heart into making this an unforgettable experience for my girls and their families!

I would recommend that you apply anyway, as there will be a meeting with more information for those who make the first cut. Applying does not obligate you to join the team.
I will announce the opening of the VIP list in mid-February of 2026! Only those on the VIP list will be able to apply. Applications will go out via email on March 2, 2026 to those on the VIP list.
The short answer is No! By being on the SGP Model Team, you are agreeing to use me as your photographer for the year. As an SGP spokesmodel you are representing my business, so it wouldn't make sense to use another photographer.
